Abundant Adventures Booking Policies

 

Booking Policy

To ensure every event receives the attention it deserves, please review our booking policies below.


Participant Count
Packages are based on the number of participants completing the activities. Additional guests may attend; however, activity kits and party favors are only provided for the number of participants selected unless additional participants are added.


Setup & Breakdown
Setup typically begins 1–2 hours before the event start time. Breakdown occurs immediately after the event unless otherwise arranged.


Final Guest Count
Final participant count must be confirmed 7 days before the event date.


Damage Policy
Clients are responsible for any damage to rented equipment, décor items, or machines during the event.


 

Participant Policy

Party packages are based on the number of participants completing activities, not total guests attending.

Example:
A party package for 12 participants may have additional guests attending, but activity kits and favors are only provided for the confirmed participant count.

Additional participants may be added for an additional fee.*

 

Venue Policy

Abundant Adventures provides mobile party experiences and travels to your event location.


Venue or facility rental is NOT included in our packages.

Clients are responsible for securing a venue or hosting space for their event.

We are happy to collaborate with local event halls, community centers, and other venues, and we can provide recommendations as needed.


Please ensure the venue allows:

  • Decorations
     
  • Food service
     
  • Activity stations
     
  • Party equipment setup
     

 

 Deposit & Payment Policy

To reserve your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.

  • Deposits secure your event date and begin the planning process.
     
  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
     
  • Events booked within 7 days must be paid in full at the time of booking.
     

 

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a new date if rescheduled at least 7 days in advance.
     
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
     
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of payments made.
     

 

 

 

Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)

For outdoor events, weather conditions must be safe for setup and activities.

If severe weather occurs, such as:

  • Heavy rain
     
  • High winds
     
  • Extreme temperatures
     

The client may:

• Move the party to an indoor location
• Reschedule to a new date based on availability

Abundant Adventures reserves the right to adjust or pause setup if weather conditions may cause damage to equipment or create unsafe conditions.

Deposits remain non-refundable but transferable to a new date if rescheduling is required due to weather.
 

 

 

Event Timing & Overtime Policy

Your party experience includes a scheduled setup, activity time, and breakdown period.

If the event runs past the scheduled end time, an overtime fee of $100 per hour may apply.

This ensures fairness for scheduled events before and after yours.

Clients are responsible for ensuring guests arrive on time so activities can begin as scheduled.

 

 

 

Food & Catering Policy

If the Pizza Party Add-On is selected, pizza will be catered through Sam’s Club Café.

This includes:

  • Freshly prepared pizza
     
  • Plates and napkins for participants
     

Food add-ons are intended to serve party participants, not the entire guest list unless otherwise arranged.

 


Cleanup Services

Basic cleanup of our décor and equipment is included.

However, venue or facility cleaning is NOT included.

If you would like additional assistance after your event, we offer:


 Extended Event Cleanup Service – Starting at $75


This may include:

  • Clearing tables
     
  • Collecting decorations
     
  • Light trash removal
     
  • Sweeping and light cleaning
     

This service does not replace venue-required cleaning policies.
